The Human Resource Development (HRD) Unit, formerly known as the Vanuatu Government Training Unit, was established under the Public Service Act to provide, coordinate and facilitate human resource development needs for Vanuatu Public Servants. The Executive Manager of the Unit reports directly to the Secretary of the Vanuatu Public Service Commission.
